Registration Steps

This link will only allow you to book for these dates and for the rooms designated for this workshop.
Before you register you will need to know:
1. How many rooms you will reserve in one booking.
2. How many people and names and emails of those who will share each room.
When you click the “Register Now” button, you will be taken to our new booking engine where you will
1. adjust the number of adults sharing the room then
2. pick your lodging type
3. choose your workshop - if the workshops do not appear, the link may have timed-out. Begin on this page and click on the "Book Your Workshop" button to refresh the link.
*If someone is going to share your room but is registering separately, do not include them in the number of adults in this room reservation. The other person should choose COMMUTER so that you will be included in the meal count but will not be duplicate charged.
NEW this year -please read! To help us best plan to order, prepare and staff for the appropriate number of people, we need accurate meal counts. Meals will be added per person for every booking. $204 per adult - rates include dinner on the evening of arrival through breakfast on departure date. If you need help with this, contact [email protected] Book your stay and an adjustment can be made to your folio as needed.
Step 1
Select your desired lodging type. Requests for specific rooms will be honored if available and on a first-come-first-served basis. Add these requests to the additional information section of your reservation.
As you toggle the number of adults sharing the room, you will see $204 per adult added to the base room rate.
Full-time Rio Arriba County Residents receive a $100 discount per workshop - use promo code RIOARRIBA in the additional information section of your reservation and the discount will be made before your credit card is charged.
NEW: If you are living or lodging off-ranch, you must select the Commuter Lodging & Meals option in the next step. All participants will be required to take a meal package. (If you need assistance with this fee, please apply for a scholarship or contact programs@ghostranch.
Adding More Than One (1) Room
If you are booking two rooms, click add room, then adjust the number of adults you will be adding to the room. Then click on the Book Room button for this second room.
Step 2
Once the room type(s) looks correct and the number of people in your party is correct, click the teal “Continue to Book” button.
“Add Details” – click on this button for the workshop(s) you will be adding to the reservation. As you click into each workshop, there is a quantity adjustment button. After adding your workshop, continue to book.
NOTE: Your full reservation amount will be collected at the time of booking – your credit card will be charged within 72 hours.
Your receipt will ask you to share details about the person sharing your room, if applicable. Add any special needs here too.
